Our Multi-user Skype logger is different from our Single user Skype recorder as follows:-
Each Skype user’s PC will have to install our Skype recorder client that does recording and communicate with the logger server to centralize the data.
Our Skype recorder records both parties’ voice (this is the real deal) without the need to un-mute Microphone in Volume Control (which causes echo). Your Skype conversation is decoded digitally so no noise is introduced. What you hear is what you get in the recording.
If you need to record Skype calls made from your computer, then this recorder is suitable for you. However, if you are using one of those Skype phones that operate without a computer, then this recorder software is not suitable for you. (In fact, it is close to impossible to record Skype calls made without a PC.)
With the above design, your call center will be able to record any conversations made by an agent no matter which medium he used to make the call. By setting the Skype, Voip, analog or digital channel to the agent’s name, all recordings will be stored under this agent’s name and therefore the supervisor is able to use the same client to access to all the recordings.
