Call Barring Software

A customer had this problem in his outgoing call center, they have a list of 20,000 contact numbers that they are not allowed to call for telemarketing purposes. Due to whatever operational constraints, they needed a system that will help them check every outgoing call’s number and stop it immediately if it is found in the 20,000 Do Not Call numbers. Also, the DNC list is updated on a weekly basis.

So after realizing that PBXs have limits to the length of the DNC list and the flexibility of updating it, we realized that the solution will only work with the use of Computer Telephony Integration.

After a few weeks of design and testing, we were able to deliver a solution to their problem. Now as soon as they finish dialing the number, the agent will hear a disconnect tone immediately if the number dialed is a DNC number.
