ACD + CRM + Logger Integration

In the contact center manager’s wildest dreams, he/she will be able to search for the order transacted by the agent on his CRM when handling any case. And in a link on this order, the manager can click to listen to the conversation that has occurred when this order was taken.

For this feature to take place, the logger will have to be integrated to the CRM. And depending on the situation, sometimes even ACD functions are involved.
